Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 NOON EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 NOON EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. A customer service representative will contact you if an item is out of stock or if we need further information to process your order. PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Backorders
You will receive an email from customer service on any items which are currently out of stock and on backorder.
Backorder items will be shipped based on availability.

Shipping charges within the U.S.A. are determined by the order amount. All orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise.
Shipping time takes an average of 5-7 business days but fluctuates depending on the season.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return
your items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 7 days of
receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. You may return
unused items or clothes in their original condition with ALL tags attached,
and original proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot
be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense.
How to Make a Return:
Contact our customer service department to obtain your RA# or call 845-586-4550.
We will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) that is to be placed on
the outside of the box. Items
must be received back at our warehouse within 7-10 days of receiving your RA
number. Please include a copy of the return form with a brief explaining
for the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please
make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we can
not credit packages that we have not received. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your statement.
